When you find something that you want to see, you tell me and and we go see it. My partners and I work 7 days a week to make seeing homes convenient for you. After you determine that you want to pursue the home, I take the lead and do “my stuff”. At closing, I will respect your time by paying you 1% of the purchase price*

* Rules and Exceptions:
We pay 1% of the sales price based on you seeing less than 17 homes. At 18 homes and above, we pay you $500.00.
The sales price must be $100,000 or higher. If it is not, we pay you $150.00.
The commission paid to us by the seller must be 3.0% or higher.
If builder upgrades are added to the sales price, you will be paid based on our commission.
Must be in a signed agreement with Duffy Realty before you tell an agent that we represent you.

In the old days of real estate, agents told the buyers what was for sale and took them there. Remember the covenanted MLS books? That is why we have heard people say “They took me to a whole bunch of stuff that I didn’t want to see and wasted my whole day.” Now with the internet, buyers have the tools to see everything that is on the market with photos and descriptions that allow them to narrow their search. Yet, agents are still making the same commission? Is that fair to you, the buyer who is doing part of the work? And, because of that discrepancy of the agent making the same commission, buyers are resentful of the amount that agents make. I can see the buyer’s point clearly, and I have used this change in real estate to not only benefit my expertise, but also pay my buyers for the work that they are doing.
